Your Nurselink Wallet is your central hub for tracking all your earnings and payments. Here, you can find a detailed history of every transaction from completed shifts and referral bonuses.
How to Find Your Payment History
To view your financial records, simply navigate to the Wallet section from your main dashboard. The primary history of your payments is located in the Transactions table.
Understanding Your Transaction History

Description: This column identifies the transaction. The information shown depends on your account type:

For Healthcare Professionals: You will see the name of the healthcare facility where you worked, along with a unique transaction ID for your records.

For Healthcare Facilities: You will see the name of the professional you paid for the shift, along with a unique transaction ID for your records.

Amount: The exact amount paid or earned for that specific transaction.

Date: The date the payment was initiated.

Status: This shows the current state of the payment. You will see statuses like Processing (meaning the payment is on its way) or Completed.
How to Find a Specific Transaction
If you need to find a specific payment, you can use the tools at the top of the Transactions table:

Search: Use the Search bar to quickly find a transaction by name or transaction ID.

Filter by Date: Click the calendar icon to select a specific date or a date range to narrow down your transaction history.
